Lust V.2

Lust V.2 is a PT2399 double delay + reverb with as many creative options I could fit! Choose between series/parallel, mono/stereo with one input or two inputs, Fx Loop and expression control. Whatever you lust for!

It's seperated into a pink channel and a brown channel with identical knob setup. All to be as simple as possible so you can focus on getting lost in sounds.
I have also included a feedback button and an expression jack. Both of these are setup on the pink channel. Since pink comes first when you set the pedal in "series". This let's you "play" the first delay signal and then have that echo with the brown channel. Very fun!

Right Footswitch: Effect Bypass.
Left Footswitch: Feedback button. Works very much together with the pink X and F knob. Shorter delay time means that the feedback "load" will charge up faster. And having F set to low will make the feedback footswitch not work at all.

Image: Repeats/Feedback knob (x2). Fully clockwise to self-oscillate (more in shorter delay times).

Image: Delay Time knob (x2). Counter clockwise for shorter delay times and clockwise for longer delay times. It works together with the Expression control. So you can dial in the spectrum of the expression pedal. Counter clockwise for broader spectrum.

S/P: Series/parallel switch. Up for series, down for parallel. Easy as that! This also effect if the 3.5mm input/output works properly. Switch set in paralell is smart for stereo implementations.

"I" 3.5mm Jack: This is a second input jack. This way you can have two different signals played through Lust. One for each delay channel. Since there is also a second 3.5mm output jack this kinda makes it so you have two individual delay pedals in one!

O 3.5mm Jack: This is a second ountput jack. Cuts the pink delay out from the signal path. Recommended to put the pedal in parallel for this and then just connect to two different channels on a mixer for example in order to do stereo shenanigans! This however means that the reverb will only be on one of the channels. Which is kinda cool!
you can of course also take this signal and run it through some other stuff before you go back into the "I" jack. like a fx loop.

"R" Mini knob: At the end of the signal chain I decided to include a reverb. This is as simle as it gets. Just from dry to wet!
Expression Jack: On the back of Lust there is an expression pedal input (the middle jack). This is connected straight to the Pink Image knob so that you can move around in time with your foot.
This is especially fun when the two delays are set in series since the Pink delay is the first delay.

This Pedal Also Uses My Triple Bypass:
This pedal uses a unique bypass switching system that I call "Triple Bypass", where you have three different "modes" for turning the pedal on and off:

Short Press: Works like any regular pedal. Press to turn it on and then press to turn it off.

Momentary/Hold: If you press and hold for about 1-2 seconds the pedal will enter a hold mode. Here it will simply stay in the state it entered when pressing down the button, for however long you decide to hold down the button, and then return when you release the button.
So if you press down when the pedal is turned OFF it will stay ON for as long as you hold the button pressed down, and vice versa.

Tap Tempo Bypass: If you quickly double tap the bypass button (either when on or off) the pedal will enter the "Tap Tempo Bypass" mode. Here the pedal automatically turns itself on/off in whichever tempo you tap. So to change tempo you simply tap a new tempo.
It continuously counts time since your last tap. So if you have been in a tempo for some time and just tap a single tap, it will count the time between this tap and the last tap in previous tempo as your new tempo. With a max lenght of around 1min.
To exit "tap tempo bypass" you simply press and hold the button for about 1-2 seconds. Note that when exiting this mode the pedal will be ON (regardless if you exit in a OFF or ON state).
