Alla privatpersoner i sverige och inom EU betalar 25% svensk moms. Detta ingår i priset vid utcheckning och framkommer i beställningsbekräftelsen. Kunder utanför EU betalar inte svensk moms. Kunder kan komma att betala eventuella tullavgifter eller importmoms. Dessa står kunden själv för. Vi deklarerar alltid varans värde på försändelsen.

Frakt & Leveransvillkor:

Vi använder oss av Postnord för att skicka både inom sverige och internationellt. Priset för frakt varierar därför beroende på vart i världen det ska skickas. Detta framkommer vid utcheckning och det skickas även en bekräftelse via epost när ordern skickas. I de flesta fall så ingår spårning av paket och du som kund får då även en spårningslänk på den mejl ni anger vid köp. Varor skickas alltid inom 24h från genomförd beställning. Ångerrätt & Reklamation:

Ångrar du ett köp inom 14 dagar från att varan levererats så har du rätt att få pengarna tillbaka. Detta förutsätter att varan först skickas tillbaka i orginalförpackning och är i orginalskick. Vid nyttjande av ångerrätt står du som kund för returfrakten. Alla enheter är handbyggda och grundligt testade innan de skickas iväg. Om någonting trots detta är fel med enheten så har du rätt till service eller att reklamera enheten. Detta ska ske inom rimlig tid och inleds med att skicka ett mejl till magpiepedals@gmail.com. Återbetalning sker antingen via paypal eller payson beroende av köparens val vid betalning. Eventuella transaktionskostnader och valutaomvandling kan förekomma.

Lager:

Våra pedaler och synthar byggs i små omgångar och läggs upp i den kapacitet de byggs. Därför finns endast de enheter som står på hemsidan i den mängd som står på hemsidan. Lagret uppdateras vid varje genomförd beställning. Ifall en vara finns på sidan men står som slut i lager så betyder detta att den kommer att uppdateras så fort den byggs. Inga förköp går att genomföra, enheter säljs enbart när de är färdiga och lagerförda.

Terms Of Purchase:

All orders in Sweden and within the EU includes 25% Swedish VAT. This is included in the price at check-out and appears on the booking confirmation. Customers outside the EU do not pay Swedish VAT. Customers may pay any customs duties or import VAT. These are the customer's responsibility. We always declare the value of the item on the shipment.

Shipping & Delivery:

We use "Postnord" to send both within Sweden and internationally. The price for shipping therefore varies depending on where in the world it is to be sent. This appears at check-out and a confirmation is also sent via email when the order is sent. In most cases, tracking of packages is included and you as a customer will then also receive a tracking link on the email you enter when purchasing. Rights of withdrawal and complaint:

If you regret a purchase within 14 days of the product being delivered, you have the right to get your money back. This presupposes that the product is first sent back in original packaging and is in original condition. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you as a customer are responsible for return shipping. All units are hand-built and thoroughly tested before dispatch. If something is still wrong with the device, you have the right to service or complain about the device. Stock:

Our pedals and synths are built in small batches and are built up in the capacity they are built. Therefore, only the units listed on the website are in the quantity listed on the website.
